Sales and Service Representative - Chemicals - Food Service and Hospitality (D114)

Sales Planning - Create a sales, profitability and growth plan Grow and Maintain Existing Business - Collaborate with current customers to profitably deliver value and new solutions, to measure and communicate results of solutions, and to ensure a high level of satisfaction, growth and customer retention; engage customer in communication to ensure that all new needs are understood and that the customer is aware of the value delivered.       Demonstrate application expertise - Demonstrate and apply skills that enable the effective demonstration of Company’s products, programs and solutions.  Understand and be able to clearly articulate the value of products, programs and solutions to end users and distributors. Admininistrative Duties - Complete key administrative tasks such as pricing, rebate and promotion coordination, management of marketing funds, customer relationship and activity reporting, budgeting, travel and expenses. Cold call and prospect to secure new accounts as you build the Company’s brand Learn customers’ warewashing and devise unique solutions as their expert on advanced cleaning and sanitation Provide emergency service coverage to appreciative customers Basic Qualifications: Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering 4 years of experience in Business-to-Business outside sales experience or any industry-related experience in food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality and/or pool and spa Sales experience through distribution required   ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Proven record of results Ability to build relationships at multiple levels of the user organization Ability to integrate the user needs and Diversey offerings to determine the best solution for the end user Strong industry and sector knowledge Business and finance acumen to negotiate with larger customers, adjust to trends and deliver profitability improvements Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent presentation skills Good working knowledge of MS Office products. Employee will need to be able to lift approximately 40 lbs and operate required miscellaneous job equipment requirements Valid driver’s permit
